We used to work for companies in a variety of sectors in different parts of the world.
We established Kaben Ventures as a hub to bundle and offer our expertise.
Our experience includes resolving customer dissatisfaction, declining sales, tightening contribution margins, threats to solvency, disconnected workflows, outdated company structure, inertia, lack of competence management, attrition, strategic fog, et al.
Since 2015, we are working with start-ups, small and medium companies, which either want to grow sales by entering new markets, finding strategic investors or partners. Or optimize cost structure.
Due to increasing awareness and affordability but also to lend substance to necessary rethink and faster action towards sustainability and a circular economy, we also connect proven technologies in climate- and food tech to regional demands and opportunities.
Our philosophy is to provide context-specific advice and interim management, based on a set of clear goals agreed with our clients.
We want to ensure that our clients benefit from a step-by-step approach with intermediate results. Thereby our clients remain in control of the project and can decide at every milestone on the further development of the respective growth or cost saving project.
We are sparring partners to management but also enjoy working shoulder to shoulder as interim managers, so avoid restricting management time while being responsible for the outcomes we produce.

Worked in various positions in the services units of technology companies (IT, Telecom, Internet/Media), over fifteen years in management positions including country management, addressing the full range of services from sales, including executive key account management, to service design, service delivery and outsourcing; sustainable results in market entry, business development as well as change projects and performance improvement projects leading units to overachieve service level agreements with customers in Austria and Eastern Europe.

MARKUS JAKSCHE
From the start of his career at the forefront of transformation. Today, after over a decade of experience as a change management practitioner. He is working with teams to accelerate innovation and operational excellence; with increasing focus on the opportunities and demands made available by climate tech, a circular economy, food tech, carbon neutrality, etc Founding member and executive committee of the forming ACMP Singapore chapter.
Originally from Switzerland, he has been working for the better part of his career in the Asian region where he is available on an interim or longer term basis.
TIM WIERINGA
Jonathan consults regional governments on economic development.
He helps to put together infrastructure and tourism related projects by connecting investors from the United Kingdom, Italy, Austria, the United States, China, and Taiwan to concrete opportunities in the Philippines.
His focus is on priority projects supported by the Philippine government in infrastructure, sustainable energy, flood mitigation and digitalization.

JONATHAN GUIYAB CAMCAM
Experienced executive working in Engineering and allied business environment both U.K. and overseas.
Solid experience gained from leading as company director for over thirty years of which twenty years as managing director for a successful and profitable group company within multi-disciplined engineering sector working in bridge construction, nuclear, water, environmental, rail, mining and hoisting, moving structures, fisheries, metal forming, transportation systems, fabrication as well as systems and controls.
Experienced to handle and advise on finance matters, commercial contract management, project management, strategic planning, budget and cost control, sales management, contract negotiations and HR/QA/ HS and E management.

Experience in Engineering and Management of Infrastructure and Facility Management Projects in Europe, Africa, Middle and Far East since 1973. Advising and representing Manufacturers in the Civil and Mechanical Infrastructure Industry since 2012.
